NICOLE'S NATURALS RETURN POLICY



Nicole's Naturals is committed to making our customers happy and provide excellence in customer service.  Our products our made with care and love just for you. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns at this time. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), we will issue a refund if notified within 14 business days upon receipt of the item(s). 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Nicole's Naturals via email at nicolesnaturals4u@gmail.com  between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST., Mondays through Fridays. Our customer service representative will return your email within 24 hrs/next business day. 

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
